At the helm of TWK: the Steinebach family!
Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. Dr. Hannwelm Steinebach and Dipl.-Phys. Dr. Felix Steinebach are the second generation of the Steinebach family to lead the company, combining tradition with innovation to ensure that customer benefit is always at the forefront.
Together with their brothers Robert Steinebach (Product Management) and David Steinebach (Site Management Wedel), they drive the development of the brand and ensure the highest standards in all areas - from research and development to production, product testing and customer support. Their goal: to be the leading provider of safety sensors and sensor solutions.

| 1979 | Foundation of PPS Elektronik GmbH in Wedel near Hamburg, which later operates as TWK-SENSORIK GmbH and specializes in the development and production of encoders. |
| 1992 | Dipl.-Ing. Johannes W. Steinebach takes over the company from Theo W. Kessler and Dr. Willi Steinebach. |
| 2012 | Dr. Hannwelm Steinebach and Dr. Felix Steinebach join the management team, bringing two generations into the company. |
