A range of compact encoders is available for autonomous ground and conveyor vehicles - AGVs or AMRs for short. They are SIL2/PLd or SIL3 (incl. ASIL-D) certified and offer a wide range of functions. If a particular feature is missing, we are at your side as a development partner for individual sensor solutions. As an experienced manufacturer of quality sensors with production facilities in Germany, our portfolio includes sensors for various measurement tasks with all common industrial interfaces. They provide fast and reliable data on the steering angle and the speed of the vehicle via speed monitoring. They can also be used for condition monitoring to measure the tilt of the forklift truck, the inclination of the vehicle and its oscillations and vibrations. Resistance to environmental influences and interference fields allows for almost any installation situation.

As a developer and manufacturer of high-quality sensors, we place great emphasis on single-source technology. The sensor technology, the signal processing including controller firmware and the interface are the key to a successful sensor solution. We are also happy to provide you with features that are particularly important for encoders, inclinometers, or vibration sensors. This is especially true for safety components - for example SIL2/PLd with PROFIsafe or Failsafe over EtherCAT (FSoE) or SIL3/ASIL D with CANopen Safety. For autonomous vehicles and robots, there are many devices available with additional certifications and interfaces for measuring position and speed, inclination, and stroke, as well as for condition monitoring - from 38 mm miniature to 79 mm, fully redundant or with switching outputs.
